Procedures for Equalizing Foreign Student
Certificates
The
applicant is required to fill in the forms
needed for equalizing each certificate
(diploma, MA, Ph.D.) and present the
required documents.
Then, these
documents are sent to the respective embassy
of the applicant in Cairo, which will
dispatch them to the Supreme Council of
Universities.
The embassy
affords certificate equalization fees.
